This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

We recommend signing up for 1 clinic at a time in case of cancelled clinics (weather) to avoid reimbursement needs, but you are welcome to sign up for more than 1 at a time.

The price per clinic is $15
