Spring League 2026 - CSHL Adult Roller Hockey Registration

Welcome to the CSHL Co-ed Adult Roller Hockey League! We have partnered up with the Morrison Family YMCA, who will be allowing us to rent their rink. Please read all of the information provided and follow the instructions accordingly.

LEAGUE INFORMATION:

1. Games days are Saturday mornings anywhere between 8am-12pm & Thursday nights at 7:30pm or 8:30pm. Tuesday nights will be used as the primary rain out game make up slot, but there is potential for any week night/Saturday make up games as well. Make up games will not be played on Sundays.

Your team will NOT play every Thursday due to only having the capacity to fit in 2 games on weeknights. You should expect to have a game either on Saturday or Thursday per week, sometimes both days, or sometimes neither- it depends on the amount of teams and the days we have available to play.

The regular season should run between 02/07/26 - 3/28/25 with playoffs taking place in April. These start & end dates for the regular season are not 100% confirmed until we see how many teams can be made, but it is the target time frame.

Game times for Saturdays will vary depending on how many teams we are able to make.

Any games that are cancelled due to weather issues will be made up as quickly as possible; dates and times are subject to change upon discussing the YMCA's schedule availability along with weather forecast.

Please do not sign up if you are unable to commit to playing most Thursdays & Saturdays. ***We are wanting to avoid players who cannot play ANY Thursdays and/or ANY Saturdays.

2. Format: 4 on 4 roller hockey plus goalies. Each team will have ~8 skaters. Each game will consist of three 16-minute running clock periods.

3. Individual sign ups only; due to the nature of creating teams through a draft, we will not guarantee any player will be placed on a team with their friend(s)/family members even if it is requested. Thank you for understanding.

The number of teams are to be defined by the number of goalies who register.
Anyone on the Waiting List who does NOT get assigned to a team will be fully refunded before the season.
Age requirements for the league: 17 & up

TEAMS & WAIT LIST

The amount of teams for Spring league will be determined by the amount of goalies that sign up. The max amount of teams we will have is 8.

The waiting list for skaters will kick in after 56 skaters have signed up. If you end up on the waiting list & we have enough goalies, you will be included in the season. Sign ups are first come first serve- don't wait as spots will fill up fast.

After signups are completed, the CSHL Roller Hockey Committee will come together and make the teams with the selected captains.

WEATHER CALLS

*****ANY DECISIONS REGARDING A RAIN OUT AND GAME CANCELLATION WILL BE DECIDED NO EARLIER THAN 1.5 HOURS PRIOR TO THE FIRST GAME ON THAT DAY*****

Example: Thursday night game starts at 7:30PM & there is rain projected; a decision on canceling for weather will not be decided until 6PM that same day. Your captains will alert you and you will also receive an email from Haley.

REGISTRATION FEES

Skaters - $160 (before taxes and fees)

Goalies- FREE

Roller Hockey Pants add on- $28 (before taxes and fees)

NEW THIS SEASON!

We are offering an option to pay half of the registration fee upfront & the other half due by 01/01/26. We wanted to offer some relief due to registration opening around the holidays. Paying in full upfront is the best route to take to ensure no one takes your spot. IF CHOOSING TO PAY HALF UP FRONT, MUST SELECT THE PAYMENT PLAN AT CHECKOUT TO UPDATE CART TOTAL.

**PLEASE NOTE- Skaters who elect to pay half upfront will NOT have a full registration spot until the entire amount due has been paid. The players paying in full will have priority & your roster spot is not effective until the full balance has been paid. You will NOT be drafted to a team if your balance is outstanding on 01/01/26. If we fill up with fully paid spots before you pay the second half of the payment, we will refund you.

Hourly rink rental costs
Customized Jersey (& pants if ordered)
The ability to pay referees & scorekeepers
Puck purchases
End of season awards

The cost for sponsors this Spring season is $325.

Sponsors will have their logos shown on our jerseys, have their company advertised to everyone in our league via email, be shown on our website under the sponsors tab, and will be tagged in our social media posts to encourage our followers to use your business.

Sponsorship fees will be applied towards our jersey costs, miscellaneous equipment needed to run the league, & future benefit of CSHL Roller hockey.
